aright first 50cc pocket and super bikes are in no way street legal
second no you don't need a license
third in order to start the pocket bike with no key you need to take off the side fairings and cut the 2 wires connected to the key terminal.
then you cut the outer rubber sleeve off about 1/2 inch off the ends of both wires.
careful you don't cut the wires themselves.
twist the exposed ends of the 2 wires together.
make sure to cover the exposed wire with rubber or Duct Tape.
put the fairings back on and enjoy!!
oh electric motors are measured in watts
power of gas motors are measured in cc's and hp.
