The 2000 General Motors/Cadillac Deville came equipped in the 4.6L Northstar engine. Removing the main belt will require depressing the tensioner to free it. The new belt can then be routed across the accessory drive pulleys. The OE AC Delco belts for this application are 6K815 and 3K243.
Speed is computer controlled and there is no governor that you can remove.

No i Don't think so theres not anuff space but i was looking at a northstar engine from the 2000 Cadilac Eldorado its a 4.6 V8 that would fit perfect on the tranny if you didnt want to replace it its a 4.6 V8 that you could supercharge or i heard convert it to a rear heel drive and turbo charge it
