I figure you can, but you need to talk to a lawyer. The law states that people under the age of majority are not legally allowed to enter into contracts. You might just get lucky on this

If you purchased the car in full with cash then there shouldn't be a lien. Look at your paperwork to make sure it says "Paid In Full" if it does the dealer has no right to repossess a paid in full vehicle. A lien is where you are making payments for a vehicle and the vehicle is being used a collateral until the vehicle is paid off.

Did you get a TITLE to the "stolen" car? If not, the you sorta assumed the risks. Was it actually stolen at the time of sale or just not removed from the list after being recovered?

Yes, he can cause damage, but then he has to pay for it. In the majority of cases if the vehicle property is damaged the lender is responsible. not the repo agent. Repossessing agents in the majority of states are required to have a "hold harmless" agreement signed by the lender/lien holder. This releases the repo. agent from being responsible for any damages incurred to the vehicle or other property.
