My experience with Dungeness crabs is that they are already cooked when purchased. The drainage of juices is usually normal. Use your sense of smell to determine if it is spoiled. If it smells like crab, it should be OK. If it starting to smell like ammonia, then it isn't. Unless it was temperature abused, it should be able to last a day or two after purchase. But it is better to eat it sooner rather than later.

I would say no. A dead crab was left out overnight on counter uncooked - if that is true don't eat . When in doubt throw it out. I wouldn't even eat a refrigerated dead uncooked crab. When any meat is cooked to the proper temperature, it will kill the bacteria. But some bacteria produce toxins naturally or when they are killed that are not destroyed by cooking. That is why it is dangerous to consume food that has had a chance to grow a lot of bacteria.

Food should not be stored uncovered in the fridge. It is unlikely that cooked crab will keep for a week - covered or not.

I wouldn't. Anything that is left out at room temperate for more than 4 hours should be thrown out according to Servsafe.
