Check all of your paperwork for disclaimers. If it's parts they're waiting for, they have no control over that. You just need to be patient. Now, if they're just holding your car hostage, that's a different story.
Try to get a refund, then tow your car to a more trusted garage. If they won't bend, talk to a few lawyers, get their opinion & go from there.
