yeah the vr4 engine will bolt up right to the transmission, its been done quite often actually, check out the 3si.com forums and meet people who actually done it.
You just have to do a full swap, including wire harnesses, ecu, exhaust headers to mount up to the turbos, etc.
also think about beefing up your transmission too, i have met alot of guys that dropped trannys because of too much power. that's the Achilles heel of the 3/S, the drivetrain, tiny lil Mitsubishi mirage tranny pushing a 2 ton tank,
Sure you can with a bottomless check book but why in the world would you wanna do that?
yeah its possible...but u have to get intake and exhaust swapped as well
There were no rear wheel drive 3000gt's made. If you mean swap AWD into the chasis of a front wheel drive model, yes, it can be done. The frames are the same for both, however it is extremely expensive to swap everything, you would be better off buying a VR-4.
YesYes
Um... What is an rv26 and why the HELL is it in a supra? Last I checked, Supra's came with either a 7m, a 1jz, or a 2jz. I would hope that a person with your extremely limited knowledge on engines would refrain from attempting an engine swap. BTW I believe the engine you're talking about, an RB26dett, is from a SKYLINE. Learn what the hell you speak of. Thanks.
You can if the year of the 454 is between the years of 1988 to 1995
Yes. The engine can be replaced with a different type, usually with better performance.
yes you can swap the 454 for the 350 its compatible usually any Chevy engine will match in the same vehicle might have to do sum fabrication but in ur situation you should be fine
So far, what I can tell is the distributor and fuel injectors off the older engine have to be put on the newer one. 1994 Accords are OBD1, 1997s are OBD2.
install all the wireing
No unfortunately through all of honda's engine design none of them are similar and therefore you cannot swap any engine into a different vehicle.
With money, you can do anything you ever dreamed of.
