The PCV valve on a 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue is located under the MAP sensor. If you remove the large plastic cover with 3800 written on it and look to the left side of the engine there is a sensor marked (Pressure Sensor) with 3 wires going into it. Unplug that sensor and turn it counter clockwise and lift it off and you will see the PCV valve under it. To remove the shift knob on the 1999 Olds Intrigue look for the pin that is holding the knob in place. Remove the pin and pull up on the knob, replace kob and pin.
