The dried pasta shouldn't be a problem (you should check customs regulations first though).
The rest of it ... butter and olive oil are at least technically flammable, which is frowned upon on airplanes. Mayonnaise isn't, but carrying something containing raw eggs unrefrigerated on an international flight is not the most brilliant idea (the butter isn't likely to do well either).
