to be able to take off the door panel you have to take out the screw for the interior door handle. then take off the black panel by the mirror on the inside.next you must find the plastic screws that hold in the door panel with a Phillips head screwdriver. after that you must take off the switch, generally for me i can pop it out with a flat head, then take off the wire to it. after all of that it should pop loose to get around the lock you have to pull the door panel over it and it should come off clean.
