Probably not. Some of the older Murrays and Craftsmans were made by the same maunfacturer. But if your mower is made within the last ten years they will not.
The easy answer is no. They have very different hanging systems tha attach them to the frame of the machine.
As long as they are close to the same year and model, yes. I have two decks side by side, one 38" and one 42", and all the brackets are the same. The belt will need to be changed for a longer one, though.
The belt is too loose. Replace it or adjust the idler.
You will need to order a manual on the mower from the manufacturer (I assume Simplicity).
