The actual engine wiring will need modification and adptation. But overall the original harness will be reuseable as long as it is in good shape.

You can, as long as you change the complete wiring harness, Computer, Fuel pump with 1 that will operate the VORTEC engine.
the 95 and the 93 full size pick ups are identical there should be no need to swap parts the 95 vortec from an S-10 will need the entire intake manifold, exhaust, sensors, and wiring harness from the 93 to make it run
It is not a direct swap. The wiring, computers, plumbing, etc are different.
yes as long as u swap the wiring and the computer too
should be the same mounts as they are both small blocks.
NO, you need to use a Vortec manifold, tons available from Summit Racing, and the forums at full size chevy have great info on the swap, detailed....
Not easily. You have two completely different fuel systems.
It would not be a bolt in and go swap. They have entirely different fuel injection systems.
Pull the v8 out and get some 6 cyl. motor mounts and drop the 6 in.
No if you want to use the same transmission. They have different bolt patterns.
If you know anything about this subject I would like to know.I am looking to do this swap in an 94 e350. Motor mts. need swapped and I am looking to go with a c 6 w/ minimum electronics and a carburator.
there is no adapter. vortec heads were cut at a diffrent slope than standard sbc heads. you can swap the heads on the 78 350 for vortech heads or get a multipoint fuel injection intake for a 85 - 95 350. you can get the intake from summitracing.com You will have to swap the heads and the intake
