either the thermostat or the fan is no good. You would need to locate the thermostat and see if its stuck open or closed!
try checking your cooloing fan. make sure it is running There is no air getting to your radiator as you are not moving! Or there is a problem elsewhere in your cooling system!

A likely cause is an internally restricted radiator.
May have an answer already, but be sure that the radiator is full of coolant.
Check to see if the area between the radiator and the ac condensor is plugged up with whatever. It may be hard to see without taking the radiator out but it could be loaded with leaves or what have you.
