For the JBL amplifier the pins start on the upper left looking at the connector from the end with the rounded corners on the bottom. If you are looking for the routing of the wiring for the speakers, you will have dificulty finding one. A wiring harnes connects to the back of the stereo and it would be wise to purchase an installation trim kit that come with a wiring harness to match your new stereo to that of the car.
Under the hood, under the dash, in the doors, under the seats, and in the trunk. The wiring harness connects all the electrical components in the car.
get the after market wiring harness
sounds like a short. if all or some speakers do it, it is probably in the radio, or the wiring harness. if only one speaker does it, it is the speaker or the wiring to that speaker.
You can buy a speaker harness. An adapter that connect the positive and negative from the speaker into the stock harness.
Remove the covers from your 1988 Mercedes-Benz 300 speakers. Remove the speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speakers.
The Chevrolet equinox front speakers are held in place with two retaining screws. Remove the retaining screws and the wiring harness. The speakers will come out.
Attach the wiring harness to the back of the new speakers. Secure the speakers into place with the retaining screws. Put the speaker covers on.
