The main way to differentiate the three religions is to think about the God that they believe in. Christianity is centered on Jesus as Lord's son, and Islam considers Allah as God. In Buddhism, the Buddha is worshiped.
Christianity is based upon the belief in one God, salvation through Christ, and the afterlife, known as Heaven. Similarly, Buddhists also believe in the afterlife, in addition to reincarnation.
All 3 believe that we are imperfect, unholy, and unworthy at the present time to be one with god, or to go to heaven.
In Hinduism, there are many gods, who are not easily pleased and who change their minds, and you only progress to higher levels of life through pleasing the gods and doing good. If you mess up, you may get reincarnated to a lower level of life, or to a lower caste. That is why they don't have sympathy for those lower in life than them (like the homeless in India that only Mother Teresa would take care of...why wouldn't the Indians help them?) They must have earned their demotion, so tough luck. If you are good enough, you will ultimately become a "god" but you never really know.
In Buddhism, you again must do enough good things to achieve, and again, if you screw up, then you get reincarnated to do it all over again. The goal is to deny your own self, and become one with the universe, an impersonal place, denying all desires, really, all of your humanity, until you are "perfect". Who knows when that will happen?
In Christianity, God created all people in His image, with creativity, love, compassion. But sin entered when Satan said "I can be God" and he told mankind that you too, can become a god. So here we are, all sinners, all imperfect, with no ability to be perfect in this body, or in this life. Our bodies decay, we do things we wish we didn't do, and think things we know aren't right. But Christ, the Son of God, paid the price for our sin, the perfect one sacrificing and dying for the imperfect (us), so that we can be seen as holy. We have been redeemed, so we have a way to go to heaven, to be with God, if we just believe that Christ paid the price for us, even if we continue to accidently sin. This seems too easy for many people - being with God is a gift, not something earned. (For you have been saved by grace through faith...not by works, so that no one can boast.) Because of the sacrifice made for us, we are called then to do good works, to help others, to lead others to the freedom that is in Christ Jesus. to show our gratitude for what has been done. In Christianity, also, there is but one death, one judgement, and one resurrection, not many, no room for reincarnation. "It is destined that man die once, and after that, to face judgement." But in Christianity, mankind is always the creation, and can never "become" the Creator.
