Not necessarily. I am 40 weeks and 6 days and have just returned from hospital for obs. I had the same symptoms and was in a LOT of pain. This is my second baby and I just wasn't quite sure if I was in labour or not because I wasn't having the classic contractions. Turns out I probably had a urinary tract infection and was very dehydrated. My advice would be to go to hospital to have urine test and baby monitored, the hospital staff were great with me and they gave me some sleeping pills and let me stay the night as the pain had kept me up for 2 nights. Get it checked out.
It is possible that it would be sooner than you would expect. It could also be that you are laying in bed in an unknowingly uncomfortable position.
Possibly
I think she is going to wear a fake stomach, like Lindsay Lohan does in Labor Pains. You can check out the Labor Pains trailer if you want on Youtube. Either that, or they'll use computer animation.
Im 39 weeks pregnant and have got constant stomach ache too. It doesnt matter if Im sitting down, walking or lying down, my stomach is constantly aching. I would like to know what it means too.
Yes, early labor can feel that way.
Selena Gomez isn't pregnant.
Pushing on the stomach can cause premature labor if enough pressure is applied. More specifically, the woman will enter premature dilation, which in turn leads to a premature baby. For this reason, pregnant women should avoid sleeping on their stomach.
If you have a period while your pregnant, this may be a sign of something else going on. If your eight months pregnant, it's probably early labor. If your in your first trimester of pregnancy, then there's something else going on and you need to get to the doctor immediately.
Pregnancy it's self does not cause pain . Labor causes pain but that would be a different question.

It could be that you are losing your mucus plug, so yes, it could mean that you are going into labour, but not necessarily
no she's not in labour i dont think she's even pregnant.
could be signs that labor is near or you may have a slight infection but more than likely its labor
Going into labor is what the woman's body does to prepare to deliver the baby. Men can't get pregnant, therefore can't deliver a baby, hence have no need to go into labor.
