what could be pulling the battery down in a 1981 corvette
This is a very unexact question. Corvettes could be bought in green but there is no exact specification. If you could tell me what Corvette you mean, then I would be happy to tell you (E.G. Stingray Coupe)
The Chevrolet Corvette is a sports car produced in seven generations, each with its title beginning with C and the version or generation number. The ever popular C3 was made between 1968-1982, also called the Corvette Stingray. Purchasing one can be done by sourcing Hobbycarcorvettes or Qldcorvetteclub to name a few.
it depends on the year, but a new Corvette ZR1 could go 205-215 MPH
If you mean new car makes, there is Tesla Motors (sorry, all I could think of). If you mean car models, there's the new Corvette Stingray, Mustang GT, Focus, etc.
maybe juice is not getting to the starter, check starter connections and also check the battery ground wire(Neg), they can get loose
alternator is bad........ my best guess.... or your battery is surface charging and cant take a load....... go to an autoparts store like advance or autozone n have them check the charging system and battery. -Jarrid-
A faulty belt tensioner and/or a worn belt. A run down battery could add to it.
not really it dependes on how you look at it.a stingray does have barbs but no tentacles...so it could go either way.
IT COULD BE ONE OF THE COOLING FANS RUNNING, BAD RELAY.
Lambo Aventador could kill the Corvette the Corvette only goes 330kph but Lambo Aventador goes 370.
if you have connected it up properly it could be just that your battery is completely flat and that when you hook up the charger some relays are getting power and making the clicking noise
