Try oatmeal lotion, or an oatmeal bath and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. If it gets too bad, an OTC anti-histimine will help lessen the symptoms. But NO meat will not give you eczema. Hello. It is not normal for eczema to spread this wildly. You will definitely need to see your doctor about a change to your medication and some cream to apply and possibly a wash in with to put in your bath water to help with the eczema.
