No. Andrew Johnson did not have a Vice President. At that time there was no procedure for naming a new Vice President when the President died and the current Vice President became President. John Tyler, who became President on the death of William Henry Harrison, and Millard Fillmore, who became President when Zachary Taylor died, also had no Vice President.
