There are certainly conspiracy theories from Hindus that this is the case, but there is no real evidence that this is the case. Islam originated from a mix of Jewish, Christian, Zoroastrian, and Arab henotheist religious traditions. We can see these traditions inspiring key aspects of the Qur'an and Islamic theology. There is no aspect of Hinduism that prominently features in Islam.
