No. He wanted to conquer the Soviet Union, then Britain. He failed. If he had succeeded, then he would have next conquered Ireland, and possibly Sweden & Switzerland. It is not clear if he would have gone after Turkey and nations in the Middle East. It is certain he would have conquered the places with Jewish populations, so he could exterminate them. He planned to fight a war with the United States, however it is not clear how he could have defeated the US. He would have needed the entire Industrial might of Europe & the USSR to fight that war.
