So there is a strong view that the concept of Yahweh did come from the Midianites. However, there is also a consensus among scholars that the Exodus from Egypt never happened as described in The Bible, and if there was no Exodus, there was no Moses. So it was not Moses who brough YHWH from Midian to Israel, although there are frequent biblical references to Moses and God in the region of the Midianites. One hypothesis is that, although the Hebrew people did not really escape from Egypt, a small group of Hebrew slaves might well have done so; found by the Midianites dying in the desert, they were nursed back to life and gave thanks to the Midianite god who saved them. On this hypothesis, this small group of former slaves continued on northwards to Judah, where they described their salvation as brought about because of the Midianite god, YHW.

God wrote the Ten Commandments, not Moses (Exodus 31:18 and 34:1). God gave the second set of Stone Tablets because Moses broke the first Tablets upon seeing the Golden Calf (Exodus ch.32).

No, Moses and Senenmut were two different historical figures. Moses was a significant prophet and leader in the Hebrew Bible, while Senenmut was an ancient Egyptian architect and official during the reign of Queen Hatshepsut.

In a sense, yes. Moses was commanded by God to write a copy of the law (Torah) as seen in Exd. 24:4 and before his death, Moses stated to the elders in Deut. 27:2-3 to write the words of the law to take with them into the promised land. The priests were the keepers of the writings, and it was commanded in Deut. 17:18 that all future kings were to write a copy of Torah with their own hands and govern according to it.
