I have a 1999 Chrysler Concorde. I had the same problem where my steering wheel turned but had no tension left in it and didnt turn the tires. What had happened in my car is the bolt holding the tie rods onto the steering component had broken in half (Pretty much sheered). All that needed to be done was I had to get a new bolt from Chrysler for like 20 bucks and then go down to where the steering component connects to the tie rods and replace the bolt. I had to actually take the whole component out as part of the old bolt was stuck in the component. After we got the old bolt out we just put the component back in connected the tie rods to the new bolt and put everything back to where it was supposed to be.
It is interference.
they have no support are anyone too push them
Chrysler competes in the affordable luxury segment.
Anyone who wanted to and could pay for the ticket. People chose to travel by Concorde partly because it cut hours of the travel time, partly because of the novelty value of flying faster than the speed of sound.
Power assist steering and Power Steering are the same thing, just difrent names from difrent Manufacturers.
Possible answerYou might try disconnecting the battery completely. Leave it for about 20 minutes then reconnect it. This should reset the climate control. We did it with ours after a mechanic suggested it. Hope this helps. I have a 93 Concorde with the same prob. I am currently looking to purchase a new(used on eBay?) climate control module, which should correct the prob.
Check your power steering belt or bearing in power steering pump
Yes they could leak.
It sounds like Catherine Keener to me. Can anyone confirm that?
ATF+4 and nothing else!!!!! Anything else will absolutley kill the transmission especially mercon dexron. It must say ATF+4!!!! DO NOT TAKE ANY OTHER ANSWER FROM ANYONE NO MATTER WHAT THEIR REPUTATION IS!!!!! It is specially formulated for sensative chrysler components and some japanese models with special friction modifiers, inhibitors etc. chrysler also recommends using the same fluid as power steering fluid.
Power steering pump/fluid maybe
probably a short in the steering column wiring or check lower down on the steering shart under the dash for hanging wires
