He declared a speech o the United States. It was about how African-American people should have just as much freedom as white people or people of another skin color. But what he was trying to tell the world was that it doesn't matter what you look like, your skin, your eye and hair color, how you dress. What matters is that you are a good person INSIDE and that you have a kind personality. That's what makes a truly good person. As Sirius Black said in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, "It's not what has happened to you that makes you good or bad. What matters is the part that you choose to act on."
