Yes the CIA lied about the direction of the fatal bullet.

from the infamous grassy knoll in Daily Plaza. Which was in front of JFK at the time of the shooting.

But Lee Harvey Oswald did not kill JFK or Dallas Police Officer J. D. Tippit,
he was the government's patsy. Photos of Oswald working with the CIA have recently surfaced.
