It depends on whether you are talking 2 door, or 4 door. The 2 door Caprice, and the 2 door Impala are totally different body styles. The Caprice and Impala 4 door pillarless hardtops (like the super trendy supernatural car), are the same basic body style. The Caprice however, is a much higher and classier trim level. Walnut accents on the door panels, triple red taillights with the back up lights moved to the lower bumper ends, and thinner classier stainless trim, much lower on the body than Impala. Caprice 4 doors were all pillarless hardtops, but the impalas could be ordered as pillarless, or closed 4 door sedan styles.

Yes they will fit , but you will need to do a lot of bodywork and trim swap on the interior. You will be left with a gap where the 94's glass was down in the corner
