No Amish do not eat people. they are a peaceful if introvert society that abides by a strict interpretation of The Bible and they do not believe in modern conveniences like electricity and cars so they live very basic lifestyles.
Also - despite what nuts like PETA and Animal Liberation Front may suggest, animals are not people. The Amish have no prohibition against eating meat. It is part of their diet, but not the major part.
