All 50 US states recognize drivers licenses from other states. Otherwise you would never be able to drive past your state borders without taking a test in all your neighboring states. This is an unnecessary burden on the individual and on interstate commerce, especially in smaller states where the state line is never more than an hour's drive away.
Although it is the responsibility of each driver to find how other state's laws differ, your license is still valid. For example, Connecticut and Massachusetts differ on who has the right of way in a traffic circle-- those already in it or vehicles entering the circle. (I can never remember which, but luckily Connecticut has done away with most of them. Strangely, there were a lot of accidents, perhaps from confusion over differing r-o-w laws?)
No. Florida will allow US permit holders from other states to drive in their state, but not foreign nationals on a foreign learner's permit.
Yes, subject to the laws and restrictions which New York places on drivers with learner's permits, as well as those placed on your licence by the State of Connecticut. Additionally, New York does not allow out-of-state learner's permit holders to drive in New York City.
Most states allow holders of learner's permits to drive at night because it is necessary to the learning experience. Holders of occupational and other driving permits should check their restrictions to see if driving at night is permitted.
Not legally, but there are always exceptions 1. the previous owner left a current registration on the motorcycle. 2.you have gotten a permit to move the cycle from DMV 3. your local laws allow for it.
If it's on a learner's permit, then they wouldn't be allowed to drive the entire distance. If I remember correctly, the states of New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina do not allow out of state permit holders to drive in their states.
Tenn allow concealed weapon permit
Legally 2 if the vehicle permits it so. Unless you have a learners permit which most states will only allow you to ride with no passenger at all or during daytime. Although I have seen as many as four people on one motorcycle in Mexico....
