Do Irish people tend to excel in any particular areas in arts music business etc?

In my humble opinion Irish people excel at anything that involves interacting with other people at a social level - music, business, diplomacy, etc. the gift of the gab/ blarney stone is quite evident at times.
The Irish excell in Gaelic Games but that's obvious because they are only played in Ireland.
However in Gaelic Football we are considerably adept as we recently prooved against Australia and their Pprofessional Aussie Rules team which we beat with ease. This game is played every year (Compromise Rules)with the Irish prooving to be masters with the ball in hand ie. travelling with the ball or kicking and catching it. The Australians always proove to be more physical and better tacklers.
I'd say we excel at Irish Dancing too!!!
