This is from a 2001 Chevrolet Tracker owners Manual Dome Lamp 1. Gently pry the dome lamp lens from the lamp assembly using a screwdriver. 2. Remove the bulb by gently opening the retaining clip and sliding the bulb out. 3. Insert a new bulb. Make sure that it is seated properly. 4. Snap the dome lamp lens back into the dome lamp assembly.

I'm not a mechanic/technician but I think the GEM (generic electronic module) has something to do with the operation of all the items you listed. From what I have read , a Ford dealer has the ability to scan the GEM for trouble codes . I know on my 1995 Explorer the GEM is accessed by removing the radio , but I don't know if it has to be removed for a Ford dealer to check for trouble codes . AS FOR THE RADIO, YOU MAY HAVE A BLOWN FUSE ON THE RADIO HARNESS ITSELF IF ITS AN AFTERMARKET RADIO, CHECK THAT, IF NOT, THE RADIO IS BAD. THE RADIO NEED ONLY THREE SOURCE TO COME ON. 1. CONSTANT 12 VOLTS, 2. IGN 12 VOLTS, AND 3 IS PROPER GROUNDING.
