No, but many bodybuilders shave body hair.
I am not sure but if you are interested in keeping a good body shape workout by lifting weights. If you are serious about losing weight run. Throwing up to lose weight is bad. There is an illness called bulemia and you can suffer malnutrition. So even if throwing up helps you lose weight pleases don't do it. I don't know you but I care about your health so if you want to lose weight run. I am not a runner. I lift weights to keep a good body shape.
It depends on the nature of your body. Heavy bag workout will help you burn fats easily if you are consistent and determined and if you will try harder in your workout.
workout, dress cool, shave, cut hair, lose weight, and tan
I think you mean "alopecia". It means when you lose hair from your head or body.
If you would like to lose body fat quickly, you would need to do a lot of cardio exercises. The treadmill is one of the best ways to lose weight because it works out your whole body and gives you a great cardio workout.
Yes you will. Your body needs the amino acids in protein to rebuild muscle after a workout. If you intend to keep working out then you need protein otherwise your muscles will not rebuild and then they will deteriorate. If you just say "oh well then i wont lift weights", well then you will still lose muscle mass because you wont be working out. If you dont challenge your muscles they will shrink.
It is a full body workout and with bad form can be very tiering.... So I would say absolutely!
its imposible to lose weight in a few seconds
Fewer reps of higher weights will give you explosive muscles. Doing more reps of lower weights will shed fat.
A complete workout routine to lose weight includes strength training and cardio exercise. One way would be to do strength exercises for your upper body three times a week, your lower body three times a week, and an hour of cardio work six days a week. You should take one day a week off to let your body rest.
I want to gain bigger muscles in all areas (such as arms, legs, calves and abs, etc.) by lifting weights (not to body builder size of course), but i also don't want to lose my ability to do; push ups, chin ups, etc. so would i still benefit from lifting weights one week, then doing gymnastic type exercises and lots more cardio the next week. Also if anyone has any good workout routines (either weights, or body weight) including running, whether it be circuit training or anything, as i want to have a good anaerobic and aerobic system. Thanks in advance!
Mostly exercise bikes are used to lose weight. Bikes will help you to lose body fat and burn calories which will result in strengthening your heart and lunges. It provides a great aerobic workout as well.
