On The 95 probe gt's their is no access panel, you do have to drop the tank. This doesn't require you to take the exhaust off after the catylytic like the manuals say, you just have to remove the driver side rear tire and can pull the tank out the side, replacing it on the other hand, sucks, requiring much kicking and persuading, usually with a hammer and a floor jack.

Ok well the ford probe discontinued production in 1997. On all Ford Probe models the fuel pump is located in the gas tank. So to service and or replace it you have to drop the gas tank. Not fun

The fuel pump fuse is located in the main fuse block, which is located inside the engine compartment near the battery.
Most are in the fuel tank or above the tanks.
