Herschel Walker does 1500 push ups, 2000 sit ups everday. He doesn't do any weight at all. He is a vegetarian who eat once per day. He is 6'1" and 220 pounds. If you see pictures of him ...you wound see a very cut muscular man.

its better to alternate upperbody and lower otherwise your body will adjust and it wont do you any good Its Better To Mix Up Your Workout With New Exercises Or Different Ways To Exercise To Get Better Results. Your muscle groups tend to plateu at around the 8 week mark when you are Weightlifting. At around this time it's advisable to vary your weights regime, be it something so simple as varying your grip or which order you do them in, to doing completely different exercises. You also need to remember that your muscles need time to recuperate. If were going to do the whole body on a daily basis, you would need to take the next day off, or possibly too, otherwise you are just going to overwork your body for a negative effect.

While exercising every day is not mandatory for a healthy lifestyle, it is an excellent idea to do so. It keeps your muscles active and also ensures that your cardiovascular system is also used and strengthened on a regular basis.

Yes, it is recommended that CHILDREN get 1 hour of phisical activity or more

but for adults/ teens need about 150 minutes
