You have to remove the main bolts from both side motor mounts and lift motor up high enough to clear .
in the oil pan. oil pan has to come off to change it. i dont know about the v6, but the 2.2 either have to pull the motor, or pull the starter, transmission, exhaust, and loosen mounts and jack motor up to change it!
If you buy the blower motor with the wheel already installed on it all you have to to is unscrew all of the screws around the motor, pull the purple primary wire off and the ground will come off with the bolts around the motor and just pull the old one out. take the vent hose off the old one and put it on the new one, attatch the primary wire and put the motor back in with all the screws making sure the ground is tight against the metal on the new motor.
pull all the motor mounts off and disconnect all the pipes and tubes and wires
Not necessarily, but you will have to pull the timing cover off to see what's going on.

Pull the bolts that hold the motor to the sub frame on both sides and jack the motor up so you can access the bolts on the pan and then get the pan off the engine.
its right in front of the motor one of the silver pipes... take out the rad and then take the fan off for good acsess... then pull the thermostat off.
in the front of the engine compartment. when the hood is open and you are looking in it is the closest thing to your right hand. pull the metal clip off and slid the p[lastic cover back and there it is.
you have to take the alternatoer and braket off to loosen 2 bolts and it should come off.
Pull the tires off and take the brake calipers off and the rotors will pull off.
You don't pull it off. You pull it out. If you are lucky, you can do it with the motor in. Pull the oil pan, and main bearing caps,etc...(long answer) not easy for the home mechanic.
