no all you have to do is take the nut off and lift up the trans (is going to tilt forward along with the engine just a little bit ) then slide the pan to the front and pull it out. GOOD LUCK
no, jack up the car and as you are laying underneath it you will see a pan behind or beside the oil pan with about 10-16 small bolts in it. take those out front to back to drain transmission fluid...then remove pan. you do not need to remove any part of the car to access the transmission pan

NO! All you have to do is remove the exhaust downpipe and cross member that bolts up to the frame, then you have access to the oil pan.
