No. I've worked for the company for 3 years, haven't been drug tested once, nor is it mentioned anywhere on the application and company policies that they do.
No, they do not drug test employees. I work at one in Maryland and Ive never been asked to submit to a test nor has any co workers, with exception to managers.
Yes, they are entirely within right to drug-test any job applicant. In the United States laws differ from state to state, but there are some common factors. Often, for example, companies are only allowed to test those applicants who are actually offered a position; also, it's commonly required that the prospective employee must be notified of the test and given the option to decline it and withdraw their application. But these are just procedural restrictions. not a denial of the right to do the testing in the first place.
As a result of failing a job required drug test, you will not receive the job position.
If you are taking a drug test for a job and it is positive, you will not be able to retake the drug test. However, you can always ask the person giving the drug test of it can be retaken.
It is not required for the job. Unless a worker is injured on the job, and then a drug test is needed for workers comp. For the job itself though, the answer is no.
Yes as soon as they offer you the job they will require a drug test
You don't apply for a job that requires a drug test.

If you failed a drug test for the Post Office for a job, can you reapply?
Most Employers can request that an Employee take a drug test if you are injured at your job. The only places that i have ever found or heard about that do it are the ones that require a drug test even before you get the job.
It depends on why you are having to take the drug test. If you are taking it for work, you could lose your job.
