No they don't have distributor caps.
They have coil packs.
The 4.6L has two coil packs and the 5.4L has eight coil parks.

Actually , the 2000 Ford Expedition 4.6 also has the Coil On Plug ignition system with the ( 8 ) individual coils ( according to the owners manual ) like the 5.4 does
