Drain the water from your 1994 Chevrolet Cavalier cooling system. Remove the water supply hoses from the heater core. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new heater core.

Lift up the vehicle and support it with jack stands and remove the two heater hose near the firewall. The heater core is in the center inside the vehicle and once you have removed the left and right covers you then need to remove the lower panel that the heater core is in and remember to pull the core back straight..........
