Many people keep their name and phone # from showing up on Call Display. Some people like privacy while others could be dodging credit companies. This doesn't mean anything at all, but if he doesn't give you his phone # after you have been dating for a month then there is something wrong and you should just come right out and say, "I don't like the fact you know my phone #, so how about coughing up with your phone #." If he refuses, then ask him to quit calling you. We can read into a lot of what we feel people are thinking (second-guessing) and we can often be wrong. If he wants to ask you out then he should have asked you out by now. Some guys are just shy, so take a chance that he really likes you, then wait another couple of weeks and if he doesn't ask you out ask him if he wants to go to a movie or a club.
