Check on how the agreement was written. Often medical expenses are shared. Definitely, you and the other parent should discuss expenses before they occur. Note that all frames are described as "designer frames" and the average cost for glasses is high. You might find suitable glasses for less than that at Costco or Lesco over an optician's office.

Is it illegal for a non custodial parent to take a 15 year old for a tattoo without permission from custodial parent?

Yes, if the state require consent from the legal guardian since the non-custodial parent is not the legal guardian. And yes, because the non-custoduial parent does not have the legal right to make that kind of decision for the child. The non-custodial parent could face sanctions from the court. The custodial parent could sue to have the non-custodial parent pay to have the tattoo removed.

What happens if custodial parent notifies non-custodial parent of relocation via certified letter and non-custodial parents neglects to file injunction to the relocation in a timely manner?

The custodial parent is legally free to relocate. This is because the noncustodial parent's argument as to why the relocation should not happen has not be presented to the court in time for the hearing and therefore the court will grant the custodial parent's application to relocate unopposed.

Custodial parent denies Noncustodial parent visitation rights in Mississippi?

Unless visitation rights for the non-custodial parent were allowed in the divorce paperwork, the custodial parent is completely within their rights to deny the non-custodial parent visitation....however, the non-custodial parent may sue for visitation rights.

Can a parent be in contempt of court for not allowing a non custodial parent visitation because she wont give her new address?

Yes. If the non custodial parent is denied visitation as outlined in the court order than the custodial parent is in contempt. Perhaps you should also establish a neutral exchange site and request the each parent notify the other parent within 48hrs any change in address or phone number. The custodial parent should know where the child will be when she is with the non-custodial parent. If something should happen to the non-custodial parent the custodial parent should know where to get the child. Wanting to keep that type of information secret shows a problem of non-cooperation and a parent who is not thinking of the best interests of the child.

How is child support determined when custodial parent is married and unemployed?

I do not think that all states are standardized yet but in Nevada it is 25% of the non custodial parents income for the first child and then an added amount of something like 3% for every additional child. The custodial parents income or marital status does not factor in at all.
