Not sure what you mean by back bolt ? There are 2 bolts holding the starter on. They both screw into the starter from the back. there is one on the bottom and accessed from underneath, and the one on the top is accessed from the top. Unhook the battery ground and remove the air box to gain access to the top bolt.
using a socket and a breaker bar,engage the nut on the tensioner and rotate it against the pressure of its spring ,the belt will become slack and can be replaced ...follow diagram on sticker nearby for proper routing of belt. gere DJ London: Going in from underneath is the best route for the tensioner removal

Yoy put a 15mm wrench or socket on the belt tensioner and push down. Belt will slide off now. A belt routing diagram is a must.
It is called an oxygen sensor socket.
5/8 inch socket will fit the bolt and nut that hold the starter on.
The starter bolts on a 1998 Dodge Dakota require a 5/8 inch socket or wrench.
It's easy its just above the starter remove the starter with 1/2" socket your crank sensor is right there one 10mm socket
on bottom of motor ON ALL Chevy engines, the starter is located on the lower right side of the engine ( left side if you're looking from the front of the vehicle ). below the exhaust manifold. They are usually mounted with 2 bolts either from the bottom of the starter or 2 bolts throught the transmission housing. Older model engines require a 9/16ths wrench or socket . Newer models use a 14mm wrench or socket for removal.
to change starter, first disconect battery there are 3 bolts that hold satarter to bell housing thses bolts are easiest removed using a socket on a socket extension you will need to remove wires from front of starter before removing starter. be sure to make sure replacement starter has the same nuber of teeth on gear or starter will not mesh with ring gear. note if you have a spacer between bell housing and starter when removing old starter. this spacer if there is one, needs to be reinstalled with new starter. after removal of the bolts the starter can be pilled from bell housing and new one installed when replacing bolts in starter , tighten evenly or the started will be installed crooked and will wear out gears re attach wires at starter reconnect battery cbles should be good to go

there are 3 mounting bolts on the starter motor.one is at the yop side of starter and you will need a socket with long extension to get at it PS : if you use a universal joint extension from socket set it will be even easier to get at
