go 22mph exaclty UR welcome
Well if your 16 years old, there is no restriction to how big you can get a scooter. Its just that if you get a scooter or moped bigger than 50cc, you have to get an acutal motorcycle license. But considering your 16, you should have no problem.....good luck!
The lightest scooter deck you can buy is a razor ultra pro deck weighing in at 2.6 pounds. But if you are looking at a better deck than that the District V2 deck is very good and weighs 2.8 pounds
An Electric Scooter

Yes you can all you need is a Standard NJ Drivers License You can only go on roads with a speed limit of 35 or less good for riding around town and having fun http://www.scootersnj.com/gallery/201-2013-Other-NEW-SCOOTER-LAW-IN-NJ-(50cc-Scooters)/
Yes, they are but they aren't a very good quality scooter so i wouldn't recomend this scooter.
Toys "R" Us. Now, scooter.
There might not be one. Many were sold in states that don't require titles on 50cc an lower scooters/mopeds. But if you have a bill of sale you may be able to have it inspected by your BMV and they may be able to issue a title. Good Luck
i think it is a good scooter
Yes. Actually it is a great scooter brand.
Go on scooter hut. Com madd gear
That all depends on the size of an engine. If it is under 50cc (in Michigan at least) you must be at least 15 and get a moped license which costs about 8 bucks, and you have to register the moped and put a sticker ont he back that costs 15 bucks. If it is OVER 50cc you need a driver's license and a moped endorsement. If it IS under 50cc AND you have a driver's license, you're good to go. Also, if you get a driver's license after you get a moped license, you have to give up the moped license, but you can still legally ride it
