Does anyone know about any fuse problem with the airbag light staying on and the heater blowing tepid air only?

Probably 2 separate problems. The airbag light is on because the computer noted a problem with the airbag system while doing a self test and has shut it down (no airbags will go off). The heating problem is probably a thermostat or other cooling system problem. If you get heat while sitting with motor running & at operation temp. and it cools off while driving you probably have a thermostat stuck open.
to the person that wrote this, if you look at it at any point, YES this is a common problem, have you done anything to the fuse panel? (just be honest because this doesn't happen unless you do) I tried running a power wire from one of the fuses to a extra cig lighter and blew a wire or two! no i have ABS, Check Engine, Brake, and the Air bag light on and my truck only blows hot air!
Take a test light and find out exactly what fuses are being effected and take the fuse panel apart and see if the wire fried a little or alot. if only a little a simple new replacement will work otherwise take it to a dealership and see if someone will fix it.... if they don't your looking at a new wiring harness! (sorry) we are in the same boat!

Yes, it is staying on because there is a problem with your SRS. This is not a component that should be worked on by an amateur. Serious injury can occur if you make a mistake. Take it to a professional. The dealer commonly attributes this problem to the seat belt tensioner on the drivers side. There are other complaints that this does not fix the problem.

You have a problem with the SRS,(Air Bag). Take it back to the dealer. Repairing the SRS should not be attempted by anyone except a professional. Serious injury can occur when dealing with the SRS.

in my experience it is a slight leak in heater core it will be antifreeze causing this replace heater core and problem will be fixed

It means that there is a fault in the system. Take it to the dealer and have them scan it and they will be able to tell you whats wrong. Yes, well good luck with that. My Golf's airbag light came on and I took it to the dealer. $900 later the light is off. They diagnosed the problem as detioration of the system in the passenger seat airbag. Please tell me how that can happen. The airbag has never been deployed. Seldom does anyone ever sit the passenger seat. Give me a break. I can't for the life of me figure out how a part can wear or deterioate from non use. Volkswagen, you get a failing grade on this one.

Why does your passenger airbag off light periodicaly come on in my 2004 Honda accord?
This is a safety feature that is designed to turn off the passenger airbag if there is a child (or smaller adult) in the passenger seat that the airbag is not designed for. If there isn't anyone/anything in the seat while this is happening, this would suggest a faulty sensor.
Can anyone help you with this problem?
