Does anyone know how to change the 1-2 shift solenoid on a 1997 Monte Carlo with a 31 V6?

To do this, you will have to remove the transmission from the vehicle to gain acess to the side cover. Remove the side cover(There is a row of screws on the bottom of the side cover that require a Torx bit, don't use a regular Allen wrench to remove these). With the valve body facing you, the solenoid will be located on the very upper left-hand side of the valve body.
