The exact affects will be determined by the type of exercise done. Exercise in general will make the body try and adapt to an increased amount of activity in order to become more efficiant at this activity. Metabolic rate is raised which means after a few weeks of exercise more calories are burned even during rest. Intense exercise may cause a raise in testosterone and other hormones.
That's an excellent question because it draws into two important areas. What is the mind/body connection? What is the relationship? The vehicle of that is stress. But we have to say first that cancer is a very complex disease. In many ways, it is biological as well as genetic. When we talk about stress we talk about long-term unremitting stress. There are some forms of stress that are long term, where the end is unknown. It's one kind of stress to stress over a final exam and then you are done. It's a different stress if you are in a relationship that makes you unhappy or you are caring for an elderly parent. There is research that shows this long-term stress has physiological impacts. But does that cause cancer? No one has that answer to date. The work that we are doing to reduce stress and thereby enhance function through support groups is looking at just the answer to that question. I think that the more exercise that is undertaken the higher the heart rate of the body will be. This is because when the body exercises the cells of the body need energy to make the muscles move and work properly. To get the energy the body takes in oxygen from the air and this oxygen is transferred to the blood through capillaries and this blood is pumped around the body to each cell so that the oxygen (and glucose) can be used in respiration to produce energy (and water and carbon dioxide) for the muscles to work and undertake the exercise in question. But as the exercise increases so does the need for energy to the muscles to make them work...

t causes your lungs/heart etc to work better and more strongly. It lowers the risk of illnesses and heart problems. It slims you down, tones you up, builds muscle and makes you feel a lot better and happier because of the endorphins.
I think that while you're excersising, you're burning calories. Therefore most likely burning fat calories, too. So that's probably how you loose weight. Me, being a Type 1 diabetic, I get low blood sugar levels from excersise because you burn charbohydrates when you excersise as well. So the glucose from my body gets used, and I get a low blood sugar. I hope that helps, hopefully you're not doing a health report right now, because I might not be exactly scientificly right. =)

If physically modifies bad, it should be moved to the end of the sentence in order for the sentence to flow smoothly. However, it isn't at the end of the sentence. That tells us that bad is not modified in this sentence. Rather, "physically" is telling us about exercise; the exercise is physical exercise not mental. Compare with this sentence where bad is modified: If you do not exercise you may feel bad physically.
