No, but the exercise to get them does, meaning that you must get a higher intake of calories, carbohydrates and protein. Calories just for your daily health. Carbohydrates for energy (try having a banana) and protein to keep you full and to keep you away from over eating.
Considering the ABS light is on, more than likely your ABS is not functioning. The only way to make the ABS light go off is to fix the problem that caused it to come on in the first place. You say you do not need ABS anymore. So you're not planning on making any emergency stops, where the ABS might prevent you from having an accident. When used correctly your ABS system can be a lifesaver. To use it properly stomp the brake, do not release the brake, and steer around the hazard.
If you want to stay healthy - you don't. If you think that having visible abs is more important than having the energy to do anything with them, go on a strict diet with plenty of cardio exercise.
just the abs sensor
There's nothing wrong with having abs... I'm 13 and I have been doing 200 sit ups everyday to make my abs stronger for my golf game... There's no problems.
YES. Having abs at a young age usually indicates a bad diet. (or under eating).
Having ABS does not change how you bleed the brakes. Bleed them as you would if it did not have ABS.
brains r way more attractive then abs
unpluged abs bad brake job
abs make boys look cool and makes them think they are sexy
Diet is as or more important for abs than working out.
To get better looking abs you have to exercise more. You can try working your abs until they are exhausted.
If you have reached the level where you can do 1000 sit-ups then your abs will be pretty strong already. More importantly, if you want abs that are visible (i.e. a "six pack") then you will have to have a low level of body fat. Abs, however strong they become, are often hidden by a layer of fat on the stomach. Cardio (running, walking, cycling, etc) or a diet change is required to make abs appear more pronounced. A mantra among bodybuilders: abs are formed in the kitchen, not in the gym.
