5w-30. Havoline Supreme and Mobile 1 are very good. For synthetics go with Amsoil, Redline or Royal Purple.
I've used 10w30 in my smallblock an had no issues i have excellent oil pressure i just had the motor overhauled not to long ago also plus royal purple is soppose to last longer

I used Royal Purple ATF. Much better shifting afterwards. And meets Honda specs. Amsoil would also work.
