No, starvation makes it more difficult to lose weight, and causes your body to lose muscle weight at a similar rate as fat weight, weakening the body and leading to medical conditions such as anemia. The body will still maintain unattractive fat weight while on a starvation diet.
NO starving increases stored fats for surviving and excercise increases blood flow and enzime creation doing what you mentioned together is not good for longevity, pablo. No not eating is the worst thing you can do .I have lost 32 pounds in less than 4months ,by eating healthy .Eat a good breakfast ,BIG lunch ,nothing after 2:00;unless it be fruit, vegetables,no grease, cut down caffiene, drink lots of water.AND STAY AWAY from carbinated drinks. And I even have DESERT everyday!!!!
starvation causes even more weight gain.
trust me i know from experience. when you starve yourself you tend to eat more. the best way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat and before each meal you can drink at least 1 or maybe even more glasses of water so that way you don't eat too much. also watch out for the carbs and try to eat food high in fiber so you stay fuller longer.
If you starve yourself, you will die. The best way to lose weight is to exercise on a regular basis for at least 45 minutes every day. Brisk walk, bicycle riding, gym workout.

If you starve yourself, your metabolism will slow down causing you to actually gain weight. I'm a naturally light eater and don't get hungry but for years no matter how much I worked out I continued to gain weight.
I finally found a Doctor Who instead of telling me to cut back on the calories asked me how much I was eating and then promptly informed me I was eating way too few calories and was gaining weight because my body was stuck in a starvation mode and converting everything into what it thought it was lifesaving fat.
I started eating a specific amount of calories a day (which is difficult when you're used to not eating that much) and continued my work out routine and soon I had lost a lot of the weight.
Yes starving will make you lose weight but it will lower your metabolism and also make you malnourished. You won't likely look any better from starving yourself that's for sure. It's easier to eat the amount of calories you need per day maybe a couple hundred less and work the other calories off with cardio.
No. In fact if you starve yourself you will gain more weight because the liver takes out bad fat from the body and if you starve yourself your liver will not get the nutrients to take out bad fat and will not work, hence you will gain more weight because of the bad fat multiplying in your body.
*****Improving answer***** Yes, High risk factors and death aside, you will lose weight. Simply put, the starvation process changes your body's chemistry. Your body will convert your fat stores to ketones in the liver. This will provide energy for brain function and red blood cell count. After fasting for 3 days, the brain gets 30% of its energy from ketone bodies. After 4 days, this goes up to 70%. Your body will also use your muscles for nutrition. Prolonged starvation can cause fainting, dizziness, hair loss, agitation, depression, loss of menstrual cycle, irreversible damage to your body's organs and CAN KILL YOU. You should never starve yourself; starvation diets will always fail and you will inevitably regain any weight lost. The only way to lose weight an keep it off is to eat healthy and get regular exercise.
You can lose a lot of weight very quickly. But there's a catch. Once you start putting foods in your body you will put on the weight you lost... and then some. Starving yourself is a truly terrible idea. And if you try to starve for too long, you will start bingeing when your body/brain override your desire to starve yourself and lose weight. My recommendation: eat healthy and work out many times a week. It might not be as fast, but you will have lasting results.
The answer to this is that if you do starve yourself you'll GAIN WEIGHT! Just eat healthy and excersize.

Starve yourself...
I doubt that you can starve yourself for a month as your body will not allow it. It all depends on how much you weigh now and how active you are.
