It does not cover it. You can get an unlimited plan for picture/video messaging for an additional $15. So that means you will be paying $25 for unlimited for all messaging. If you only have unlimited picture messaging it will cost 25 cents for every picture message you send and recieve.

No, picture messaging is where you send someone a picture and a little note with it, but texting is where you just send a message.
