Typically Jeeps (or any other vehicles) don't have a tranny fluid cooler as factory equipment unless they are equipped with automatic transmission and a towing package of some kind. A quick and easy way to check would be to lift the hood and look at the front of the radiator. If your vehicle has the tranny cooler you'll see the smaller radiator for the Transmission Fluid mounted in front of the radiator....its a completely separate unit. If you don't see it then its not equipped with one because that is by far the most expensive part of the tranny cooler.
I'm sure you also have that info as part of your vin but I don't have the site handy that shows you what all those numbers mean. It IS available online somewhere though.

It is built into the radiator.
The heated transmission oil flows through the cooler, and that heat is exchanged to the ambient air which flows through the fins of the cooler. The rapidly cooled fluid returns to the transmission.
