No, the A320 has a single passenger deck.

The only two commercial airliners with multiple decks are the Boeing 747 (partial 2nd passenger deck behind the cockpit typically fitted for business/1st class) and the Airbus A380 which has a complete 2nd deck typically fitted for business and premium economy seats.

Is there a bulkhead or just a curtain behind first class seats in an Airbus A320?

As it is typically used on short-haul routes, most airlines configure the A320 as 2-class with just business and economy - no first. I have flown many times on the 2-class European British Airways A320, which I assume is typical of this type, and there is just a curtain between the two classes.

Does an airbus a320 arm rests move up?

depends on the seat type and manufacturer. Normally the economy class seats have the central two armrests which can move up and down, the armrest on the isle side can sometimes be movable as well, but it has a latch under the armrest. Club class seats don't normally have up down movable armrests. The central armrests move towards each other to make more space for the two passengers seated in each end of the seat. There might be different types of seats with different functions, most common are sicma and recaro I believe...but there may be more

Airbus do not make an A360 and don't have one in development. The A320 has 6 wheels (a pair on each wing and nose). The A340 has 12 wheels in a curious format; 4 each on normal wing-struts and two each on a nose wheel and an unusual mid-fusalage pair. The A350 has 10 (set of 4 on each wing and pair on the nose). The A380 has the most, with 22 - pair on the nose, two sets of 4 on the wings and two sets of 6 either side of the fusalage.

How do you identify Airbus and Boeing from outside?

You can identify them by here wingtips and engines. The Airbus A330 and A340 have the same kind of wing tip and are the only two planes with that kind of wingtip. You can distinguish the A330 from the A340 because the A340 has four engines (2 on each wing) while the A330 has only 2 engines. The Airbus A380, A320, A310 (out of production), and the A310 (also out of production) have the same kind of wingtip and are the only planes with that kind of wingtip. The Airbus A320neo with sharklets have similar wingtips to the 737 except the sharklets are taller. The A350XWB have a very different kind of wingtips which are only found on the A350. The 737 has a blended wingtip and is the only plane with wing mounted engines that have the (except for the A320 with sharklets). The 707,717,757,767, and 777 have no wingtips. The 717 has the horizontal stabilizer on its tail. The difference between the 757,767, and 777 are the sizes. Some 737s and 747s don't have wingtips. You can tell the 747 because it has a second floor all the way in the front and not the back
